Didnt receive what I paid for

I had paid extra for collar customization and they did not do it. Emailed asking if I could be refunded for that extra fee since it didn’t have it and no response.

The shop is located in Niverville, Manitoba, Canada. All shipments are shipped via our local Canada Post location.

Once your order is fulfilled, we’ll contact you via email to arrange a pickup date that works for you and provide the pickup location details.

Yes! All orders are shipped Expedited with Canada Post and include a tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship your tracking number will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam folder, sometimes they hide in there.

Yes, we can make changes to your order!
