Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders out of Ashern Manitoba Canada
What shipping options do I have?
We ship all orders via Canada Post. Each order is sent by Expedited Regular Parcel 1-7 Business days.
We do not offer rush shipping since all of our products are custom and can take 2-6 weeks for production. We do not want customers to pay for rush shipping and expect rush production for their orders.
What is your production time?
We make all of your personalized items to order, which can take up to 2-6 weeks plus shipment during peak season. Please email email@example.com if you need an urgent order, we will work with you to find products that are in stock that can be shipped out as soon as possible.
Do the colors of the robes match what I'm seeing online?
Colours may vary on your devices due to monitor screen settings. If you would like verification or a close up please contact us to discuss.
I want to return my product, what must I do?
Please check our Returns & Refunds page. We only refund orders that are not personalized or damaged/defective. Shipping, handling, and fee’s are non-refundable.
Can I edit my order?
Yes you can. Send us an e-mail as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order with any customization, you then would have to re-order and other fees may apply. For any non custom orders you can change size or color of the robe as long as the order has not been packed for shipping.
Can I see my robe(s) or product before it is shipped out to me?
There is a $20.00 fee for a mock, this can cause a significant delay in production if needed for multiple customers. If you want to see the product(s) before it is made please message us and we will send you the invoice for the mock up fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping, we ship all throughout Canada
I can't find my order?
Once an order is fulfilled a tracking number is automatically e-mailed or sms'd to you based on the option you chose to be contacted at check out. If you choose e-mail and have not received it, please check your spam folder. If your order shows delivered and you have not received you package, please wait a day or two, look for a notification from the carrier, and lastly contact the carrier directly. We have yet to experience a missing order through shipping.
If the tracking number shows the address provided is correct and delivered, we will not issue a refund.
