All of our products are customized and created by hand. We only have one month of downtime and that is the month of December. We receive a high volume of orders every other month, we have always done our very best to accommodate dates needed for. Trust me when I say we work and move as fast as possible to get your orders out of the shop and into your hands. If a specific product is on back order, you will be contacted right away and have the option of waiting for the new stock to arrive, choosing a new style/color or receiving a refund.
If you have a last-minute order you will need to pay for an upgraded shipping fee for priority or express.
Order creation and shipping does not include weekends or any Canadian holiday.
