I ordered these robes for my bridesmaids for the day of my wedding. The customer service was amazing and the product was beautiful. I ordered a different robe on Amazon first and it was very poor quality. These robes were the complete opposite and I was thrilled with how they looked in pictures. I definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely phenomenal company. I can’t recommend them enough!!! I ordered 1 white, 2 gray and 6 mauve robes. I was very stressed and worried about them not coming in on time, because I ordered them less than 2 weeks before my wedding. 431 company went above and beyond, they made sure I got my robes within a few days!!! I am blown away with how beautiful these products are! The stemless glasses are gorgeous with the gold scripted font and they had the perfect Hunter Green which matched my bridesmaid dresses for all of the robes! I splurged and got myself the white robe and I can't wait for the big day to wear it! The robes are all very silky and well made. They definitely look like good quality! I ordered mine on Black Friday and the owner was so helpful through text messaging when it came to my questions about shipping! She really made the whole experience very pleasurable and it's so nice to order from a website that has a human being on the other side of it! I ordered these gift boxes for my bridesmaids, and one for myself! The boxes are beautiful!!!! So well done & the personalization is perfect!! I went with the burnt orange robes for my girls and they are stunning!!! (I ordered white for myself but am seriously thinking of ordering the burnt orange for myself! 😆). Ashley was also amazing! 1. When I had trouble finding the colour I liked for the design I wanted, she brought it back online for me to buy it. A+ for Customer Service.
