Thank you Ashley and 431 the wedding company - this was by far one of the best online shopping experiences I've had!
Not only was Ashley quick to respond to my inquiries but she rectified all of the challenges I faced;
1. When I had trouble finding the colour I liked for the design I wanted, she brought it back online for me to buy it. A+ for Customer Service.
2. She notified me immediately when the size I wanted for one of the robes was out of stock, but reassured me that more was on its way and would make it to me in a timely manner. It came sooner than I anticipated! A+ for Logistics.
3. She sent me a complimentary gift in the initial order delivery due to the delay in the said robe. A surprising, touching and thoughtful gesture! A+ for Sales.
4. Product quality and packaging = perfect and beautifully packaged with care. A+ for QA.

The shop is located in Niverville, Manitoba, Canada. All shipments are shipped via our local Canada Post location.

Yes! All orders are shipped Expedited with Canada Post and include a tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship your tracking number will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam folder, sometimes they hide in there.
